To be more in alignment with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Escrow Disclosure Public Guidance Documents, in Cx7605 “Escrow Account Disclosure Enhanced Fees,” Docutech has added beneath the document title “Initial Escrow Account Disclosure Statement” the following language:
