Document updates: Borrowers Notification (Cx9348)

We have made some language updates to Cx9348 (Borrowers Notification) to better track the language found in the FHA Handbook.  FHA Handbook 4145.1 Chapter 6-3(C)(1) and (2) has a provision about Firm Commitments and requires a mortgagee to include in its certification that the borrower was notified in writing that (1) the property was not approved for mortgage insurance or loan guarantee prior to beginning of construction; and (2) HUD does not have statutory authority to provide financial assistance for any future property repairs.  Section 6-1 provides some sample language for this notification to the borrower. Cx9348 is used to provide the notice to the borrower.  We have updated our Cx9348 to more closely match the sample language found in Section 6-1.
