Several pre-TRID documents and one state document are being modified to use a consistent set of Payoff/Payment fields in order to expand those fields out to 99 payoffs to match the current capability of the standard TRID documents. Document logic is being changed to print the “Payoff/Payment [xx] Payee” series of fields, as well as the “Payoff/Payment [xx] Amount” series where appropriate. This should not result in any data changes, but should allow for up to 99 payoffs. The documents being modified are:
- HUD-1A 01-01-10 (Cx14223)
- Itemization of Amount Financed 01-01-10 (Cx14224)
- Itemization of Amount Financed 01-01-10 (Cx14644)
- HUD-1 Addendum – 105 Additional Disbursements 01-01-10 (Cx14710)
- SD Mortgage Broker Agreement (Cx19356)
