We are updating a field associated with the borrower’s name on several riders. In the security instrument, the term borrower is more closely associated with vesting as opposed to someone that is a credit applicant. As the rider is an amendment to the security instrument, we are updating an introductory section at the top of the page that identifies the borrower. However, the section that is being updated is more of a heading rather than part of the body of the document. Instead of using a field associated with credit applicants (FI 52506 “Borrower List: Inline, No Borders”) we will be using a field associated with vesting (FI 2226 “Borrower Vesting”).
The riders that are being updated are:
- HomeStyle Renovation Loan Investor Rider (Cx22292)
- HomeStyle Renovation Loan Rider (Cx22294)
- FNMA Construction Loan Rider to Security Instrument (Cx22653)
