Document Updates: Closed End Second Condo Rider (Cx2482) and Closed End Second PUD Rider (Cx2483)

Two PUD and Condo riders were printing in standard second lien Texas Home Equity second lien packages. The duplicative non-Texas Home Equity copies have been set to only print when “Is this a Texas Home Equity Section 50(a)(6) loan?” (FI 29932) is set to ‘No’:

    • Closed End Second Condo Rider (Cx2482)
    • Closed End Second PUD Rider (Cx2483)

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on June 21, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
