Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

Currently, our Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider (Cx21131) prints with signature options that are coded in the document. After some research involving the various possible signature formats and options available, we are replacing the coded signatures with our standard software generated signatures that print all parties who typically sign Riders. This will allow the Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider to have signature feature parity with other Riders in our document library. Our New York CEMA GAP Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider copy, Cx16253, is also being modified in the same way. Settlor signature functionality on Cx21131 and Cx16253 will continue to function as it has in the past.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on August 17, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
