Pursuant to our monthly audit of federal agency forms, we have updated Cx13513 “FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary” and Cx17814 “Borrowers Contract Hotel and Transient – Condo”.
Included in the Cx13513 updates are:

- In the top righthand corner of page 1, the expiration date has been updated from “12/31/2023” to “10/31/26”.
- In the bottom righthand corner of page 1, the form date has been updated from “(02/2020)” to “(04/2023)”.
- Above the “Borrower and Property Information” section, the “Privacy Act Notice” has been removed.
- A new “Privacy Act Notice” section has been added beneath the “Underwriting Information” section.
- Various stylizations have been updated, e.g., boxes vs. blank lines, dollar signs and percentage signs present vs. not present, capitalization vs. lowercase, etc.
Included in the Cx17814 updates are:

- In the top righthand corner of page 1, the expiration date has been updated from “12/31/2023” to “10/31/26”.
- The “Warning” section language has been updated.
- A new “Privacy Act Notice” section has been added beneath the signature lines.
