Form HUD-92800.5B is provided pursuant to 24 CFR § 203.5(a) and FHA Single Family Handbook 4000.1 Pt. II, A.1.a.i(E)(2), A.3.c, A.4.e.i(B), A.5.d.x(B)(2), A.6.a.iv, A.7.b.xx, & A.8.i. We have made a minor field adjustment to the Specific Commitment Conditions section. We are switching the “See the following additional conditions…” description field from Field 46082 “Indicated Additional Items Description” to Field 46083 “Additional Conditions Description”.
