Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

We have made slight logic adjustments to a certain provision in Cx1327 New York HELOC Mortgage. In the premises paragraph we are updating the language to match up with the checkboxes that are part of the BORROWER’S STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROPERTY. The checkbox section has three selections, (1) the security instrument covers real property improved, or to be improved, by a one (1) to two (2) family dwelling unit only, (2) the security instrument covers real property principally improved, or to be improved, by one or more structures containing, in the aggregate, not more than six (6) residential dwelling units with each dwelling unit having its own separate cooking facilities, and (3) the security instrument does not cover real property improved as described above.
The document logic in the premises section will now match the language associated with the checkboxes.
