After review, it was discovered in both Cx494 “NC Deed of Trust Second” and Cx509 “Tennessee Deed of Trust Second (Cx509)” that at the end of the first paragraph where it reads:
(“Lender”) is organized and existing under the laws of __________,
Field 1073 “Lender State” was incorrectly printing where Field 1050 “Lender Exists Under The Laws of State” should have been printing instead.
This is being corrected, and these changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers. These changes will take effect on April 2, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
