Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

To be more consistent with the information required in the “Parties” definitions in the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac first lien security instrument model forms, Docutech has added the Trustee address to all second lien Deeds of Trust.
Small grammatical updates have also been made so that the references “Trustor,” “Trustee,” “Grantor,” “Grantee,” and “Lender” appear directly after the corresponding populated fields.

For Cx509 “TN Deed of Trust Second” and Cx516 “WV Deed of Trust Second”, the full Trustee address does not print because the language consistent with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac first lien security instrument model forms (“a resident of” and “who resides at”, respectively) prints the applicable county when Field 2014 “Trustee Resident Of” is populated.
UPDATE:
For Cx472 “CO Deed of Trust Second”, the full Trustee address does not print because the language consistent with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac first lien security instrument model form (“is the Public Trustee of ____________________ County, Colorado) prints the applicable county when Field 1278 “Property County” is populated.
