To avoid confusion in the section “Request for Notice of Default and Foreclosure under Superior Mortgages or Deeds of Trust” in Cx471 “CA Deed of Trust Second,” the introductory sentence, “Borrower and Lender request the holder . . . ” will only print the words “and Lender” when Field 175381 “Lender Signature in Request for Notice of Default” = Yes. In all other instances, the introductory sentence will print, “Borrower requests the holder. . . .”
