Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

As part of our monthly audit of federal agency forms, we have updated the following documents as reflected in the most recent model forms published by the applicable federal agency.
-Cx3952 Verification of VA Benefits
-Cx14216 Request for Determination of Reasonable Value
-Cx5579 SSN Verification
The major updates are to the Privacy Notice and the Respondent Burden statement at the end of each form. The other updates are not substantive changes, rather they are adjustments to make each form easier to complete (i.e. changing language to bold/italicized, or adding “MM/DD/YYYY” to show format for a date).
