San Francisco Bus. & Tax Regulations § 1102.1 requires that:
“Every document pertaining to real property that is submitted for recordation needs to show on the face of the document the Assessor’s current parcel number, or numbers, and the commonly-know situs and/ or street name and number of the real property described therein.”
Accordingly, we are modifying the first page of the following recordable documents that may print in California to add the parcel number and/or the property address, if such identifying items do not already print as required:
- Cx43 CA Manufactured Home Affixation Affidavit
- Cx312 CA Deed of Trust
- Cx1517 CA Assignment of Deed of Trust
- Cx3067 CA Assignment
- Cx4310 CA Assignment from MERS
- Cx4883 CA HELOC Assignment of Deed of Trust
- Cx19362 FHA CA Deed of Trust
