Document Retirement: Colorado Lock-In Disclosure (Cx13134) and Colorado Disclosure (Cx12866)

The following subsections of law were repealed by 2016 Colo. Legis. Serv. Ch. 17 (S.B. 16-014):

  • Rev Stat. Ann. § 12-61-914(2)
  • Rev Stat. Ann. § 12-61-914(3)
  • Rev Stat. Ann. § 38-40-102
  • 4 Colo. Code Regs. § 425-3:5.18
  • 4 Colo. Code Regs. § 425-3:5.19
  • 4 Colo. Code Regs. § 425-3:5.20

As a result, we will no longer be printing or maintaining the documents created pursuant to these subsections. Consequently, the following documents will be retired:

  • Cx13134 (CO Lock-In Disclosure)
  • Cx12866 (CO Disclosure)
