Under Oklahoma’s “Uniform Consumer Credit Code” (Okla. Stat. Ann. tit. 14a, §§ 1-101 through 9-103), there are provisions of law which reference specific dollar amounts, which amounts are required to be updated by the Department of Consumer Credit every year (see Ibid. § 1-106[1] through [3]). Revised dollar amounts are published in the appendix to Okla. Admin. Code § 160:20 (see https://www.ok.gov/okdocc/documents/2017%20dollar%20changes.pdf). These dollar amounts include, inter alia, the maximum late fee charge which may be assessed on a consumer loan under Supra § 3-203(1) & (5).
