Document Update: Changes to Illinois Security Assignment of Beneficial Interest in Land Trust (Cx4936)

After a recent audit of our Illinois Security Land Trust forms, the following changes were made to Cx4936:

  • Page 1/Paragraph 1: Each individual borrower must be named and listed instead of Borrower Vesting from the Mortgage.
  • Page 2/Notary Language: Notary Jurat has been replaced with Notary Acknowledgement pursuant to 5 Ill. Comp. Stat 312/6-105(b).
  • Page 3/Paragraph ”Receipt and Agreement”: Each individual borrower must be named and listed instead of Borrower Vesting from the Mortgage.
