Pursuant to a review by our Legal team, Docutech is updating the print configuration of our Tangible Net Benefit Worksheet (Cx12531) for the state of Alaska, since there is no formal disclosure requirement under Alaska Stat. § 06.60.350. Currently, Cx12531 prints for Alaska as a generic default, absent any client custom configurations or “Do Not Print” settings. Once Cx12531 is reassigned as “Upon Request”, this document will no longer print generically for Alaska loans and clients will need to assign this as a custom configuration (if they have not already done so) if they still wish to have the document print when the state is equal to Alaska (other states that use Cx12531 will not be affected).
