Due to the way Borrower names are generated on select documents like the Loan Estimate (Cx18565) and Closing Disclosure (Cx18566), there was a rare occurrence for loans with over four Non-Purchasing Entities (NPEs) where Borrower names could be missing. New fields populated by software have been created and added to the LE and CD for all loans to ensure that all names print, regardless of the number of NPEs on the loan. This change should only affect loans with more than four NPEs.
These changes are available for testing and will take effect on October 17, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.

Update: After testing it was found that the new software fields are not getting set for a certain segment of clients. We have adjusted the document logic to only use the new fields in the rare case that there are over four Non-Purchasing Entities (NPEs) or over four Borrowers. This change will impact the English and Spanish copies of the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure:
- Loan Estimate (Cx18565)
- Closing Disclosure (Cx18566)
- Spanish Loan Estimate (Cx18990)
- Spanish Closing Disclosure (Cx18991)
These changes are on Stage 1 and Stage 2 servers and are ready for testing. The document push has been postponed accordingly and will take effect on October 24, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
