Cx2687 is primarily provided pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 10240(c), which allows for a modified version of the GFE to be provided in lieu of California Bureau of Real Estate (“CalBRE”) Forms Re882, Re883, and Re885. Cx2687, which contains a list of Federal disclosures (including the GFE) which the consumer attests to receiving, provides a means for proving that a GFE was provided to the consumer within applicable time frames.
The CalBRE recently published a Licensee Advisory letter dated September 14, 2015 which allows for a copy of the LE to be provided in lieu of the aforementioned CalBRE forms. As a result, we will be updating Cx2687 to either refer to the new TRID disclosures (e.g. the LE and the “Your home loan toolkit” pamphlet) or to the old TILA-RESPA disclosures (e.g. the GFE, the Settlement Cost Booklet, and the TIL) based upon the “Integrated Disclosure Loan Indicator.”
(Please note that we are in the process of making other updates in connection with the Advisory Letter and will announce such updates shortly.)
Cx14547 is a model form published by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (see http://www.wdfi.org/fi/mortbank/forms.html) for complying with the provisions of Wis. Stat. Ann. § 224.79(1) and Wis. Admin. Code, DFI-BKG §§ 43.02(14) & 44.01. The Department recently published a “TRID version” of this model form, which we will incorporate into Cx14547 (which currently incorporates both the non-TRID “Closed End” and “Open-End” versions of this form). The language in the “TRID version” will also dynamically print based on the “Integrated Disclosure Loan Indicator.”
