Freddie Mac has recently made a few changes to the formatting of their Seller/Servicer Guide which included a handful of citation updates. This change was purely to improve the readability of the Guide. As a result, the citations on Freddie Mac Form 490 were updated by Freddie Mac. We have updated Cx23607 Freddie Mac Form 490 Community Land Trust Ground Lease to match the updated form published by Freddie Mac.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on July 31, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
