Document Update: HELOC Important Terms Minimum Payment Example (Cx21651)

We are updating the HELOC Important Terms (Cx21651) to provide additional information regarding the minimum payment example and to use undiscounted rate values in the example calculations.

The minimum payment example will be updated to more clearly describe how the example payment is calculated. We have also created the following calculated fields to support the updated example:

• HELOC Example Final Monthly Interest Based on Undiscounted DPR (FI 194907), which calculates the final monthly interest-only payment for the $10,000 example using the undiscounted HELOC Daily Periodic Rate and the repayment period; and
• HELOC Example Final Monthly Payment Based on Undiscounted DPR (FI 194908), which calculates the final monthly principal and interest payment by adding the applicable monthly principal amount to the interest calculated above.

These changes allow the minimum payment example to disclose the applicable final payment amounts based on the undiscounted HELOC Daily Periodic Rate rather than discounted rate values.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 6, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
