Document Updates: Creation of New Version of Kentucky Fair Housing Disclosure (Cx28723) & Retirement of Old Version (Cx11145)

104 Ky. Admin. Regs. §1:010(4) states:

“A person or entity engaged in real estate or real estate-related transactions must provide to owners and customers at the time of sale, purchase rental, insuring or financing of real property, a copy of the pamphlet Fair Housing Brochure.”

The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights has published an updated Fair Housing Brochure. This updated version includes a QR code and background imaging which require an exact static copy of the brochure to be produced in ConformX.

Accordingly, a new static version of KY Fair Housing Disclosure (Cx28723) has been created to replace the older version (Cx11145) which is being retired.

All custom configuration settings related to Cx11145 have been added to Cx28723 for all clients including:

• Print Conditions, Do Not Print
• Document Signing Type, Ink Sign, Override Ink Sign for RON
• Alternate Document Name, Custom Identifier
• Alternate Packages
• Document Stacking Order
• Document Filtering

This change is available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on December 30, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
