Document Updates: Cx28947 Affixation Affidavit

Indiana Code 36-2-11(d) requires that any instrument submitted for recording or filing include an affirmation stating that all Social Security numbers have been redacted, unless otherwise required by law. The required statement is:

“I affirm, under the penalties for perjury, that I have taken reasonable care to redact each Social Security number in this document, unless required by law.”

This statement has been added to the end of the Cx28947 Affixation Affidavit.
