Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

In response to Tennessee House Bill 1127, Fannie Mae recently revised Tennessee Security Instrument Model Form 3043 by removing the phrase “in the county in which the Property is located” from Paragraph 26(c).
As such, the following documents have been updated:
- Cx25321 - 3043 TN Deed of Trust 2021
- Cx26160 - FHA TN Deed of Trust 2021
- Cx509 - TN Deed of Trust Second
