Document Updates: Fannie Mae Updates 07/2021 Tennessee Security Instrument Form 3043

In response to Tennessee House Bill 1127, Fannie Mae recently revised Tennessee Security Instrument Model Form 3043 by removing the phrase “in the county in which the Property is located” from Paragraph 26(c).

 As such, the following documents have been updated:

•  Cx25321 - 3043 TN Deed of Trust 2021
•  Cx26160 - FHA TN Deed of Trust 2021
•  Cx509 - TN Deed of Trust Second

 These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 14, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
