Document Updates: FBI Fraud Warning (Cx11910)

After review, Docutech has updated the following items in Cx11910 “FBI Fraud Warning” to more closely match the FBI Mortgage Fraud Warning template available through the Alabama State Banking Department website and located under the Bureau of Loans Forms and Applications section:

• The default paper print size has been changed from legal size to letter size;
• Because signature lines will not be able to print on the first page in letter size, the statement, “Signature line(s) appear on the following page(s),” has been added to the bottom of the first page; and
• The statement, “By signing below, you acknowledge receipt of the FBI Mortgage Fraud Warning Notice,” has been added to the top of the second page.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on July 29, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
