Document Updates: Missouri Loan Brokerage Disclosure Statement and Agreement (Cx3328)

Cx3328 “MO Loan Brokerage Disclosure Statement and Agreement” is provided pursuant to Mo. Ann. Stat. § 443.867, which requires residential mortgage loan brokers (including all retail mortgage lenders) to provide a loan brokerage disclosure statement and fee agreement to each borrower.

Past iterations of Cx3328 only took into consideration language geared toward residential mortgage loan brokers. Cx3328 has been updated to take into consideration language geared toward retail mortgage lenders as well.

When FI 18205 “Lender Is A Broker” = “No”, “Lender” will print instead of “Broker” in the following areas:

• At the top of the document
• In Section I of the first paragraph
• In the last paragraph
• In the signature line

Minor grammatical changes have also been made, most notably, the pronoun agreement in the last paragraph.
