Document Updates: New York Telephone Application Fulfillment (Cx29276)

Oct 29, 2026

Topics: Document Updates

We are enhancing the ConformX and paper Fulfillment functionality that supports New York Telephone Application requirements.

New York Application by Telephone Indicator (FI 194871) will be set to “Yes” through ConformX business logic for New York Pre-Disclosure and Initial Disclosure packages when any borrower has either Application Taken By set to “Telephone” or Demographic Information Provided Through Telephone Interview set to “Yes.”

When New York Application by Telephone Indicator is “Yes”:

  • Paper Fulfillment will provide two copies of the applicable disclosure documents.
  • USPS Priority will be used as the shipping method to support inclusion of a self-addressed stamped return envelope.
  • A new NY Telephone Application Instructions (Cx29276) will be included in the fulfillment package. The document instructs the borrower to sign and return one copy of the provided disclosures and retain the remaining copy for their records.

The new instruction document is a Fulfillment Only document and will not print in electronic document packages. Only one copy of the instruction document will be included with the fulfillment package. This document will now appear first in the standard stacking order when applicable. Clients with a custom document stacking order who will be affected by this change will need to request to have their stacking order modified to have this instruction document appear first when applicable.

This functionality evaluates all borrowers on the loan, including loans with more than four borrowers, and applies to both Traditional Fulfillment and Solex Drop to Fulfillment workflows.

These changes will be available on production on November 2, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
