Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

The North Dakota-specific version of our Privacy Policy Notice (Cx15182) has been updated to reflect a change in signature requirements for the included opt-out mail-in form. The notice contains a cut-out mail-in form that allows borrowers to opt out of sharing certain personal information. Previously, this form was configured for e-signature. To align with its intended use—physical mailing by the borrower—the e-sign functionality has been disabled and the form is now set to ink-sign only.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on September 17, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
