Document Updates: Texas Assignments (Cx1549, Cx4349, and Cx4487)

For more consistency with other state Assignments in Docutech’s document library, the following updates have been made to the first paragraph of all generic Texas Assignments:

• The language “holder of one certain promissory note” has been updated to “as beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust”;
• FI 52506 “Borrower List: Inline, No Borders” has been updated to print FI 2226 “Borrower Vesting” instead;
• The language “as grantor to” will now precede the Trustee name;
• After the Trustee name, the language “as trustee on [FI 678 “Closing Date”] will now print; and
• The loan amount has been moved from the beginning of the paragraph to further down between the recording information and the property description, and the language “given to secure the payment of a promissory note for the sum of [FI 1058 “Loan Amount”] and interest” will now print.

Cx4487 TX Assignment - INV BLANK
