As previously announced, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) recently updated the “Your Home Loan Toolkit” booklet. Docutech has updated the PDF version of the Toolkit booklet in ConformX, and the Docutech Fulfillment Center will continue to use the earlier version of the printed Toolkit booklet until its stock is exhausted.
By default in ConformX for Initial Disclosure packages, a PDF version of the Toolkit is included in the eDisclose/eSign print list of documents. Field 52191 “HUD Booklet Inclusion” determines when the Toolkit booklet is included in Initial Disclosure packages.
Field 52191 has the following options:
- Per ConformX Rules (Loan Purpose = Purchase, Construction Only, Construction to Permanent, or HELOC)
- In All Packages
- Never
