Pursuant to our monthly audit of federal agency forms, we have updated Cx19212 “USDA/RD Origination Stacking Order Checklist – Attachment 15-A.
The following changes have been made to Cx19212:
- The Lender Instructions on the top of the form have been updated to match the model form.
- The Loan Origination Checklists have all been updated to include updated form names, more detailed instructions, and to remove any forms no longer needed.
- Minor formatting changes throughout the document have been made.
