Document Updates: Financial Statement - VA Form 26-6807 (Cx18833)

We have updated VA Form 26-6807, Financial Statement (Cx18833) to better accommodate transactions involving multiple borrowers.
Previously, Cx18833 was configured to populate based on the primary borrower’s information. We have updated the document so that it will now print a separate copy for each applicable 1003 borrower. The field logic throughout the form has also been updated so that each copy will populate with information associated with the applicable borrower rather than relying solely on the primary borrower’s data.
These changes will help ensure that the appropriate borrower information is reflected on each copy of the Financial Statement when a loan includes multiple borrowers.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 8, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
