Global Mapping Updates: Fields “Loan Amount Less Than or Equal to Reg Z Threshold Amount” (81938) and “Higher-Risk HPML” (67269) for 2026

Wis. Stat. § 422.308(1) requires that every application for an open-end credit plan disclose “whether any other charges or fees may be charged, what they may be charged for and the amount of the charges or fees.”
To ensure accurate disclosure of fee information in compliance with this requirement, we are updating the field associated with fee item number 3 on Cx18412—which pertains to fees for expedited delivery of a Demand Statement by facsimile transmission, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Specifically, this field will now use FI 81691 (Payoff Loan Expedited Service Fee Amount).
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on December 23, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
