As previously announced, if a value is sent to the new field “Borrower 1 Proposed Supplemental Property Insurance” (field 131691), which prints in the “Proposed Monthly Payment for the Property” section of the redesigned 1008 and redesigned 1003, it will be included in the “Other” monthly expense of the older 1003.
The FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (FLUTS/HUD-92900-LT) does not include a row for “Other”. Therefore, both copies of the FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (Cx15849 and Cx13513) have been coded to use a new field. “Borrower 1 Proposed Hazard Plus Supplemental Property Insurance” (field 132956) will print for “Hazard Insurance” in the Proposed Monthly Payments Borrowers Primary Residence section where “Borrower 1 Proposed Hazard Insurance” (field 23731) prints today.
