Document Updates: New York Telephone Application Fulfillment (Cx29276)

Nov 5, 2026

Topics: Document Updates

ConformX import logic sets New York Application by Telephone Indicator (FI 194871) to “Yes” for New York Pre-Disclosure and Initial Disclosure packages when any borrower has Application Taken By set to “Telephone” or Demographic Information Provided Through Telephone Interview set to “Yes.” Paper Fulfillment then:

    • Provides two copies of the applicable disclosure documents.
    • Uses USPS Priority as the shipping method to support inclusion of a self-addressed stamped return envelope.
    • Includes one copy of NY Telephone Application Instructions (Cx29276).
    • The first sentence of the NY Telephone Application Instructions has been updated to read “Please sign (where applicable) and return one copy of the signed disclosures.”
    • New York Application by Telephone Indicator (FI 194871) will be set to “No” when Generate Alternate Document Set? (FI 49611) is set to “Yes.”

Two updates have been made to this functionality:

Clients who wish to trigger this functionality for their alternate document packages may request the New York Application by Telephone Indicator (FI 194871) be set to “Yes” At Import, and the NY Telephone Application Instructions (Cx29276) be added to specific alternate document packages.

These changes will be available on production on November 7, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
