3) Four additional pre-2015 FHA documents will no longer be standard forms. Only a small number of clients who print these documents regardless of case number assignment date will continue to receive them:

- FHA Negative Equity Positions Disclosure (Cx15200)
- FHA Authorization to Apply Unused Escrow Funds (Cx17980)
4) These additional post-2015 FHA documents will now print by default regardless of case number assignment date:

- FHA Construction-to-Permanent Disclosure (Cx19830)
